Situated on the shores of Clew Bay, at the base of the holy mountain Croagh Patrick , Westport Golf Club is located in an exceptionally scenic spot. The course is set over 260 acres of rolling parkland of the former estate of Lord Sligo. The course has a good intuitive layout and plays long but fair, with some excellent par 3s and par 5s.
